"Everything came exactly as ordered"
I got exactly what I ordered with no mix-ups or missing items, which was a relief. The sizes and colors were all correct too. I’ve had problems with other sites before, so I was happy this went smoothly. Has anyone else had issues like that with orders from other places?

"Easy site to use overall"
I had a good experience using the site. It was easy to find my way around, and the filters made it a lot simpler to narrow things down. The only downside was that a few pages loaded a little slower than I expected, which was mildly annoying. But checkout was smooth, and overall I didn’t run into any major issues.

I found the skis I’d been looking for at a better price than anywhere else, and my gut told me it was worth giving it a shot. Shipping went smoothly, everything showed up just as expected, and the gear felt like a solid deal for the money. Happy with how it turned out.

"They took care of my warranty issue"
I had an issue with my boots after just a few days, which was a bit frustrating. Their support wasn’t super quick to get back to me, but in my case they did honor the warranty and got it fixed. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I felt like they handled it fairly in the end.

"Surprisingly solid stuff"
I grabbed some ski boots and a jacket from Level Nine Sports, they turned out way better than I was expecting. The boots fit right, the jacket looks basically new, and nothing has that cheap, flimsy feel. I was impressed, though I kept waiting to find something wrong with them for some reason. Overall I’m really happy with the quality.

"Box showed up completely crushed"
Maybe I’m just unlucky with deliveries lately, but this package arrived looking like it had been through a lot. The box was ripped open and some of the gear inside had scratches on it. I probably should’ve taken photos right away, but I was just frustrated. I don’t think I’ll be ordering this again

I ordered a pair of skis because the site showed they were in stock, but after placing the order I was told they were actually unavailable. This has happened to me before, so it was frustrating to get my hopes up and then have the order fall through again.

"Fit guide missed the mark"
I followed their sizing advice and it was way off for me. The boots ended up hurting badly, so I personally wouldn’t trust their fit guide again. If it was this wrong in my case, I’d be cautious relying on it in general.

"Shipping felt weirdly slow"
I ordered from levelninesports.com the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking just sat there with no updates for days, which made me start wondering if the package was even moving or if something was off. Everything was fine once it finally showed up, but the wait was frustrating
